By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is open exclusively to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Participants must be currently employed as teachers at an accredited school within the United States, including public, private, or charter educational institutions.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Tip4Teach Foundation are not eligible to participate.
This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
Teachers may enter by creating their teacher profile on Tip4Teach.org and sharing either their Tip4Teach teacher profile or their Tip4Teach Amazon Wishlist Campaign on social media during the Promotion Period.
To qualify, teachers must tag Tip4Teach in the social media post so Tip4Teach can verify the entry.
Each teacher may submit only one (1) profile and one (1) Amazon Wishlist Campaign per Promotion Period. Duplicate accounts, profiles, campaigns, or entries may result in disqualification.
All entries must be submitted through the official Tip4Teach platform and verified through the required social media tag. Entries submitted via any other method will not be considered.

The promotion begins on June 1, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on June 10, 2026, or when the first 50 eligible teachers have qualified, whichever occurs first, (the "Promotion Period"). The internal clock of Tip4Teach shall serve as the official timekeeping device for this promotion.
Tip4Teach reserves the right to extend, shorten, or otherwise modify the Promotion Period at its sole discretion. Any such modification will be communicated through official Tip4Teach channels.
Gift for Classroom Supplies on Amazon
The first 50 eligible teachers who complete the promotion requirements during the Promotion Period will receive a $25 USD gift to purchase classroom supplies from Amazon.
Promotion gifts are non-transferable and may not be assigned to any other person or entity. Promotion gifts have no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
The promotion gift is intended solely for the purchase of classroom supplies on Amazon. Use of the promotion gift for other purposes may result in forfeiture.
Tip4Teach is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or other obligations arising from receipt or use of the promotion gift. Recipients are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
In the event that a selected recipient is found to be ineligible or declines the promotion gift, Tip4Teach reserves the right to select an alternate recipient at its sole discretion.
Up to 50 eligible teachers will receive the promotion gift during the Promotion Period based on the order in which Tip4Teach verifies completed eligible entries.
Eligible entries will be confirmed at the sole discretion of Tip4Teach based upon the teacher’s completion of the promotion requirements, including creation of a Tip4Teach teacher profile or Amazon Wishlist Campaign and verified social media sharing with Tip4Teach tagged.
Recipients may be announced periodically throughout the Promotion Period via Tip4Teach's official social media channels and/or by direct email notification to the eligible teacher.
Selected teacher-recipients must redeem their $25 gift within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Failure to redeem within this period may result in the gift expiring and becoming unusable. Tip4Teach shall bear no liability for expired or unused promotion gifts.
If a potential recipient cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, the promotion gift may be forfeited and an alternate recipient may be selected.
License & Publicity: By participating in this promotion, participants expressly grant Tip4Teach Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their name, profile content, likeness, social media post, and any related materials for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, without further notice, consent, or additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Disqualification: Tip4Teach reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entry or participant that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, fraudulent, unverifiable, or in violation of any provision of these Official Rules. Automated, bulk, or mechanical entries are strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability: Tip4Teach is not responsible for, and shall not be held liable for, any technical malfunctions, system failures, network interruptions, lost or delayed entries, unauthorized access or participation, typographical errors, social media tagging issues, or any other errors or problems of any kind arising in connection with this promotion.
Modification & Termination: Tip4Teach reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to cases of fraud, technical failures, or events outside Tip4Teach's reasonable control.
Governing Law: These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
